When filing coordination is included, ClickDissolve may coordinate a submission after receiving the required customer authorization.

ClickDissolve cannot approve a filing, terminate an entity by itself, waive government requirements, or compel an agency to act by a particular date.

When an agency accepts a filing or makes a record available, that action comes from the agency. ClickDissolve may add an available response to the customer’s account, but ClickDissolve is not the issuer.
Similarly, ClickDissolve does not assign, issue, renew, replace, or modify government identification numbers.
An Employer Identification Number is assigned and controlled by the IRS. ClickDissolve cannot issue, cancel, deactivate, or change an EIN. If a selected service includes preparation of a customer-authorized business-cessation notice, the IRS alone decides what action to take and when.
